Ausilia Lynes was born and educated in Italy. She graduated in Modern Languages at IULM (Milan). When she moved to the UK, after marrying a British citizen, she obtained a PGCE at the University of Bath. In her long teaching career – 44 years in total – she has taught students of different ages, levels and backgrounds, both British and international. She has taught French, English and Italian. She has been an A-Level examiner and she also has experience in teaching the IB.
On top of her teaching job she finds time for her hobbies, designing and making her own clothes and making cards and pictures with dried flowers. She also enjoys dancing, reading and cooking experimenting with new recipes.
