Our annual whole school production this year was Sweeney Todd, and was an amazing spectacle of song, dance and top class acting. Featuring students from across our school, including Years 7-11, our Interntional School and Sixth Form, it was a perfect example of the magic that can happen when our student and staff community comes together.
Playing 4 nights to a packed house, the cast and crew delivered seamless choreography, as they sang their way through the story of the hapless Benjamin Barker, and his journey to becoming the murderous Sweeney Todd, aided by the manipulative Mrs Lovett. With a succession of bodies falling through the floor into the pie making process below, the busy stage crew created a dazzling atmosphere with their lightning speed scenery changes.
Huge congratulations to everyone involved in putting together this fantastic show.
